I think that is only first delivery. If you read the s&p, there will be another 3+1 months for fixing those furnitures, then re-deliver to you upon completion.

So does this mean full mortgage payment should be expected upon VP or once completed?

Oh yeah, I forgot about the parking situation. If anyone knows how to get an extra parking spot (rent I guess) please let me know. I recall one of the SAs last time said they were selling it for RM20,000. sweat.gif

Not too sure but a SA told me they already fixing in the furnitures till 10th + floor. So by the time of VP during May/June the furniture should already moved in.

That leaves me questioning, how are we going to check for defects of the walls etc if all the furniture already moved in? By right they should VP when the unit still empty right? For us to thoroughly check for defects. unsure.gif

Anyone got experience in buying other fully furnished projects?

from propwall " The Place does not come with free parking as everyone has to park at their own expense. It is good as the apartment is targeted for rich students next door which are mostly drive their own car to class – hence, need about 2 or 3 car park lots for each unit.

In addition, The Place does not allow free usage of the swimming pool as it charges some fees for the usage towards the residents. This is translated to its cheap maintenance fee of just RM0.15 psf which covers the cleaning, maintenance and security."

Not sure how these photos been taken, but it seems like some units are done furnishing. I saw this ad listed on iproperty, a 450sqft (3r2b) selling at 390k, and a 450sqft (1r1b) selling at 410k. 800-900psf? Really?
By the way The Place is selling at around 700psf.

Just in case you guys want to do a comparison, here are some photos taken previously (not by me) from the showroom. Hmm..frankly speaking, the outcome is not too bad right? rclxms.gif

Will go to see the defect parts woU my friend end of this month, will update here for us to prepare ourself for GP VP yo

Am I the only one who doesn't like all those cabinets? dry.gif Makes the place look cheap. And that orange chair! I'm one of the late buyers who wasn't able to view the showroom too so now I have a clearer picture of what I'm going to remove lol. tongue.gif

Thanks for the pictures!
