Garden Boulevard below GP is sofo, does that means GP is sofo too? Garden Boulevard consists of commercial units just like any other service apartments with shops below.

Commercial property, all need pay TNB commercial rate.
hard to run. TNB fixed ..
Developer also hard to flight to covert residential rate. But Developer can try to appeal from TNB.

we also need write in to TNB appeal it, not only developer.

OUG Parklane is also situated on commercial land with shop lots and offices below, http://www.akisama.com.my/projects/parklane-oug

But the electrical tariff of its service apartments is based on residential rate. Their meter deposit only cost RM500. I know this because my sibling owns a unit there. In conclusion, it can be done. We just need more owners to prove that we are using it for residential purpose.

RM1800 for B2?!!!!

I don't really understand the calculation.
According to TNB table there, RM1800 deposit is for maximum demand load of 6.1-7kW.

In the deposit letter they stated my estimated connected load is 2.8kW. How they calculate 2.8kW equivalent to 6.1kW maximum demand?
