Am I the only one who doesn't like all those cabinets? dry.gif Makes the place look cheap. And that orange chair! I'm one of the late buyers who wasn't able to view the showroom too so now I have a clearer picture of what I'm going to remove lol.  tongue.gif

Thanks for the pictures!

Yea I don't really like how they arrange the kitchen cabinets for student and smart suites, not utilising the space at all. The living and room cabinets they provide don't really give us a lot of storage also sad.gif

When you're thinking of renovating your kitchen, let me know. Maybe we can share the same installer/electrician and he can give us a discount. tongue.gif

Are you planning on any other renovations? I'm thinking of installing wooden floors or laminated wooden floors in the bedrooms in the future. Tiles make the rooms seem so cold!

You can also submit to any SA in Garden Residence, Cyberjaya.

Another alternative is:
1. Fill up the form
2. Scan and email to sllow@mahsing.com.my

Lastly, let's hope for the best and wait for their reply by 15th April, hold your payment by then.

Yea I knew about this from our Google Group chat, as quoted:

hi all,

as per camileia's email, 490+10 stamping fees =500 deposit.
according the attached commercial tariff, means they just lower down the max kWh so that we pay LESSER deposit, but still COMMERCIAL.

if really MH do it this way.... then really disappointed with them.

anyway, let's wait for their official reply.

The deposit may have reduced, but if the rate remains the same, there's no point! We need to push for residential rate in GP!

Not sure how these photos been taken, but it seems like some units are done furnishing. I saw this ad listed on iproperty, a 450sqft (3r2b) selling at 390k, and a 450sqft (1r1b) selling at 410k. 800-900psf? Really?
By the way The Place is selling at around 700psf.
