Send to Mr Kong as above.

Latest news is that mahsing agree to convert the tariff to residential. However it is still subjected to TNB's approval.

The deposit still needed to be paid according to the letter. Any additional charges will be refunded back if approval successful.

I spoke to one of the Mah Sing representative regarding the TNB meter earlier today because I still haven't received my bill even though I updated my mailing address with them two weeks ago. So I asked her if I will have to pay a penalty rate because the due date is today but the rep said no since the money is going to MyVilla first, not directly to TNB. The rep said Mah Sing's people are currently discussing with TNB but she did say we will have to make payment first.

I am only waiting for the original statement to come to me first before paying. Honestly don't think we should pay until Mah Sing settles this with TNB.

As per email discussion, to those who haven't paid the deposit, put it on hold first. However, please submit the TNB form tomorrow.

You can also submit to any SA in Garden Residence, Cyberjaya.

Another alternative is:
1. Fill up the form
2. Scan and email to sllow@mahsing.com.my

Lastly, let's hope for the best and wait for their reply by 15th April, hold your payment by then.

I'm loving how the development is coming up now! I'd rather wait for the project to be constructed properly than have MS do a rush job and we get our units in poor condition. Even if it means getting VP in July or August. Staying with my sis in a new housing project near Nilai and that particular developer have done a terrible job: leaking roof, toilet plumbing problems, electricity gets cut off once in awhile. Real shit. Every week we have to call management to fix an issue.

I know some owners might disagree as they were waiting since 2011 though.. sweat.gif
