25th floor, mine is the 700 sq ft Private suite or smart suite. actually I'm not sure what's the difference between the private suite and smart suite.

If facing inside then the SA didn't lie, since Cambridge top is only at 21st floor.

If ur unit is facing swimming pool (unit 12 to 20), Cambridge may block ur front view a little bit, while Harvard may block ur view on the right side.

Yes but Oxford's top is at 28th floor, whereas Harvard is 29th floor, since he's at 25th floor, so Harvard tower may block his view.

Haha, I'm female. tongue.gif

Oh, I got the two towers mixed up! I thought Harvard was Cambridge and vice versa. I'm facing Cambridge so I have some view of Putrajaya. Yay!

My own stay. I chose this place because I'm used to area and like this location. GP is very close to Presint 11 (where I used to live), Alamanda, Putrajaya Sentral and now IOI City Mall. Oh and I frequent Shaftsbury Square a lot lol so I hope the shop tenants will be promising.

Good to know there'll be another path to the Mex Hwy. rclxms.gif

Good to hear! I hope more owners will get to know about this thread / FB page, in the future we can unite to get things done. Shaftsbury is a very good example on good management, their rental yield is by far most promising in Cbj and the quality of the building is tip top! Let's work together to achieve this in GP flex.gif

Mah Sing Group Bhd recently held a topping-up ceremony marking the completion of the structure of Garden Plaza, an integrated development in Cyberjaya offering both residential and commercial properties with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM436mil.

The project is expected to be completed by March this year.

Chief executive officer Ng Chai Yong, chief operating officer Teh Heng Chong, general manager for group strategic development Lionel Leong, and deputy chief operating officer Gan Guan Chye were in attendance at the event on Tuesday.

“We are pleased to share that the residential components at Garden Plaza are fully sold.

“We are confident that the final release of Garden Boulevard Retail Shops will also be quickly taken up, as buyers would want to tap onto the potentials offered by the development,” chief executive officer Ng said.

“Garden Boulevard is set to be a great investment for retailers as the development has the advantage of tapping into the ready catchment within Garden Plaza and Garden Residence’s enclave. With these advantages, investors can be assured of two-year guaranteed returns,” he added.

The commercial component of Garden Plaza comprises premier retail shops and SoFo (Small office Flexible office) units. Garden Boulevard has 58 units of retail and SoFo units stretched over two towers, namely the Cambridge and Oxford Towers. Built-up area for the individual units are from l,824 sq ft to l,833 sq ft.

The prime retail and SoFo units will have high ceiling, allowing natural ventilation and lighting to the units.

Large windows will also ensure the maximum amount of natural daylight streaming into the premises, minimising the need for artificial lighting and reducing energy usage.

Upon completion, Garden Plaza is estimated to have a population of approximately 7,000.

According to Mah Sing, the nearby Garden Residence enclave has an estimated catchment of 58,000 people, which is expected to increase to 250,000 in five years’ time. And there are more than 17,000 students from nearby universities with an additional workforce of 35,000 from over 800 business entities in Cyberjaya,

Buyers of Garden Plaza will also benefit from Mah Sing’s M Care Services, a one-stop professional service for Mah Sing property owners that provide myriad services, including renovation and interior design consultations, relocation services, butler or concierge services for owner-occupied units, as well as leasing and sub-sale services.

The adjacent Garden Residence, also a Mah Sing project, is a gated enclave that hosts both landed and high-rise properties, a clubhouse and communal retail amenities.

So bullish is the developer on the area’s prospects that it has further acquired a parcel of land nearby for its next project, Clover@Garden Residence, to tap the spillover demand for Garden Residence’s landed residential homes.

Completed by March? Hmm, that's a little optimistic lol. Anyways, I've been looking at the future LRT map for Putrajaya. I recall the SA telling me there are plans to develop a lrt station near Lim Kok Wing in a few years time. If that truly happens, then this location would be ideal.
