You must close your wardrobe, if not your clothes will become dusty, smelly and dirty ler, Malaysia is a dusty country, so open concept is no working geh..

No worries bro, Ikea PAX wardrobe system can be customized easily, sliding door or curtain is just another accessory, can add those in anytime rclxms.gif

For now the crowd is not there yet, it just don't have enough entertainment to keep people coming to be honest. Plus D'Pulze is not fully opened yet, and that's just one shopping mall. Cbj definitely need more!

Something about the kitchen again... I just posted this in Renovation subforum rolleyes.gif

Below is the floor plan for my 1-bedder studio unit. As u can see the pantry area is really small and not utilised.

I plan to renovate it into a functional kitchen like this, which consists of U shape wall and floor cabinets, complete with worktops, sinks/taps, and hood/hob.

What do u guys think? Wonder how much would it cost yawn.gif

Did you take any pictures? How's the quality of the furniture? Since I live nearby, thinking of dropping by to have a look myself. biggrin.gif

Oh, just visited Garden Plaza's unofficial FB page. Not bad!

I went to see Garden Plaza today in the afternoon. Wow, it looks so bright and cheerful! PeterSpring, tried looking for the furniture in the lower units but couldn't see anything except for some shadows in the pics on FB. When I was at the site, I could see a few objects in the lower units of Oxford. Luckily, for those staying in Oxford facing the building right across from us, on floors 24 and above, we'll have some view of Putrajaya. My fear was that the view on my floor will be blocked by the tower across from us, which is Harvard, I think.

I'm excited to see some progress!

>_> facing the inside or swimming pool view. The sales agent told me I'll have a view of Putrajaya instead of the direct view of the opposite tower so I hope he didn't lie to me! mad.gif
