just the islamic way of calculating
compound or not, interest or not, you still ends up paying the same as a conventional card

Did you know that for RHB conventional and Islamic credit cards, the credit limit is separated? I can confirm that because I have both.
*
okay, good for you but you should clarify as I said, I used to have 2 cards from RHB also, both say CL is say RM60K, via a separate letter, I was informed that but total CL to me is still RM60K and not RM120K

Yup, this card will be good after the STUPID card. And have to swipe on "weekends" only, so use as third card will be better deal.
Only advantage on this card is I can pay using M2U.

The MCC will define if you're eligible for the cash rebate of the eligible category regardless of the type of transaction - POS, offline, online, self-service kiosk

you don't have to purposely spend 1k in order to maximise the cb. whatever you spend in between 0-1k also can get the 5% cb.

Just treat it as a backup CC.

That is what I'm planning to do.

Yes, you are right Bro, only get the card if one needs another card for Petrol and Groceries.

To ALL:

I just posted a FREE Tutorial at my Facebook Page comparing the Maybankard 2 Cards and Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan for those who can't decide which card to get and worried about the RM100 GST for the Maybankard 2 Cards.

Click here to my Facebook Page to see why one should get the Maybankard 2 Cards instead of the Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan if he /she only spends up to RM1K per month.
