I got my card middle of last month, with statement date on 3rd Sept shown on M2U. Since I got and used the card in the middle of Sept., I expected the new bill will be available on 3rd Oct. But up until today, there's still no statement on my M2U. There is even no 'statement balance' stated, just 'current balance' iinm.

Swipe my card at shell on 9 October. Today i opened maybank2u to see CC statement and that Shell transactions appeared on outstanding balance but the payment due date is stated on 8 October. Don't understand. Someone can explain to me?

This is the reply received from Maybank: "Upon our checking, your appeal request currently being processed and reviewed."
Luckily I'm not dying to get this card now. Else, I will give chaser calls almost everyday. |
