RM 1k is too little, I have explained before why it's not feasible to go for RM 1k limit.
Go for slightly higher limit.

1k sufficient for ikhwan rebate cap, some more plan to use for petrol and groceris only, but mainly petrol for friday.

Sufficient probably, but you can't really maximize the 20 days free interest.

How come Jaya Grocer cannot earn 1 TP? Any particular reason for this?

I just checked my statement. Apparently, my last month swipes at Tesco Extra and AEON Big on Fridays and Saturdays didn't earn any TP at all.

I don't really bother to check since the TP awarded is so little!

Today, I received a call from Maybank mention that I'm one of the winner for the umrah package. I'm quite spectical when received call from any bank. You know people get scam just over the phone. I do not know how to feel happy or what

Btw after coming back from umrah, I actually won a bag from Maybank (min spend rm2k for the first entry 5000 members if I not mistaken)..

Actually u guys can check on maybank website for winner list. For example list of polo sedan winner..

other than checking ourselves, i believe they also will inform winners by call/email/sms/letter/etc. right?

that request mainly for increase the chance to get the card.
somemore i can get petrol and grocery 5% via uob one card, ikhwan just for friday usage.

UOB One only give you 2% for grocery. Which is why I applied Ikhwan in the first place. Petrol already covered by Wise btw.
