Ya. Cimb bank confirmed coming to c180 also. hopefully this area keep ong-ing. become cheras south town center. Mrt1 station also not far from c180.

this area sure boom, waiting the row of new shops iun front of lavinne and colombia hospital boom then all nice and going, opposite there, the temple there, tan ming building more shops, with silk sky, silk reidence, WOTP, almerin mall and not forgetting clould 3, this place will be good, can go bandar mahkota, sg besi, mines area and etc..

I'm more excited on the nearby IOI City Mall (10-15mins drive from Balakong).

i think IOI city mall will do well as its a megamall with fantastic catchment nearby kajang putra cyber serdang balakong cheras south semenyih u name it..

it will be the sunway pyramid of d south..

Velocity ikea mytown n TRX will also be another hub for malls in cheras.. so wotp got good mega mall districts coming up nearby

almerin mall opposite honda/mercedez balakong showroom...

cheras sentral mall will need to compete with maxim mall & residence. consider good mall, many big brands there

velocity no comment, too expensive di, dunno ppl will open shops or not after completion

huh.. block C drop off unit?
during early launching...
- not so good facing unit about 590K+- before discount. 500K+- after discount.
- good facing unit can hit up to 650K+ before discount. 590K+- after discount.

all just rough figure. no include different low/high floor price. every floor add 2k.

my friends low floor 3rd lvl face north(face middle cost apartment) also close to garden park's fountain.
bought during 2012 already rm600+k before discount.

think price raise very sikit and just take away dibs + reduce the discount to 5% only.

ya see my previous post. 5xxk for block C low floor soso view unit.

the unit 600+K before discount bought by friend. consider 1 of the few special units among all 916sf units.
its the low 3rd floor unit. view quite nice (garden view) and very near the water fountain.
i shocked also when i heard the price during 2012. not even high floor.

My unit floor higher than 3rd floor and able to see a bit kid's swimming pool... Still not too bad view... At least not facing the apartment...

No wonder Hello Kor hates CloudTree so much, the price paying for block C eventually can purchase better layout at CouldTree.

Blame the timing launched by developers.

There is no 942 sqft one la... Only 916 sqft for block C...

Paiseh... Small unit only ada 916sf and premium unit over 1000+sf. Tak ada 942sf in whole Wotp.

-think around next year March baru boleh sampai top.
-block A huge window frame construction rack fully removed. sibeh huge.
macam helicopter fly thru also can.

block C
-working on 12th floor... (3 floors to go)
-year end should be no problem to reach to the top.

- construction work on top of the huge windows frame finally started.

Normally SDB have the renovation package for all their previous projects. It's include the merchant purchase at discounted price such as Gudang , Xtra, Janine... They will only reveal during vp

How much do the renovation packages usually costs, let's say for a 2k sf unit?

Looking at Gudang's website it looks super nice yet super pricey.

Let's say based on five stones Reno package, it range from at least 5k onwards depends on scope. They have lots of option to choose from. As for Gudang , it is not really reno package, it's more like a SDB negotiated package specially for certain projects. For examples , a king size bed with 2 side table will cost around 11k. Dining table with 6 chairs will cost around 13k like that. Anyway, I dun like those pre customise package , end up I choose each item myself and will entitle for 20% discount. Those who wanted to get Gudang furniture better be fast, their price increase very fast. Eg., last year I get their tv console for 9.8k, now already selling for 13k. Others items have increase a lot too..

Sounds like Gudang is following the LV pricing model - if you don't buy this RM10,000 hand bag now, you'll have to buy it for RM12,000 next year! Judging from the crowd of frenzied shoppers (mostly female and Asian) at Boxing day each year, it works.

Anyway, do you know if Gudang imports their furnitures or are they sourced locally?

Well I rhink Gudang a bit different from LV in terms of why the price increasing. LV yes, it is profiteering every year , so the price must increase. As for Gudang, the price increase are mainly due to raw material such as Burmese teak. This type of teak are rare and above 100 years. It's totally different from those Indonesian teak that u can get from various store such as authenteak. Those Indonesian teak are only around 25 years old. You will not get that type of grain compare to Burmese teak.
Back to ur question, Gudang have 2 range of products. Those Burmese teak, walnut and merbau are local design and produce locally here by top carpenter. Therefore you can customised your sizes.
Then they do have imported designer brand mainly from Europe such as Tom Dixon and andrew world. Those furniture mainly are softwood such as oak wood. You buy for the name and design. Each pcs sometimes can cause 15-20k.

Another brand of furniture brand you guys can consider are Ethnicraft. This are European designer but manufacturer in Indonesia using recycle teak wood. Price are reasonable and little cheaper than Gudang :

Those that strictly want designer pcs can get at Space Intermark or Xtra Gardens. Hope it helps for those start hunting furniture...

Thanks Calvin. Expensive furnitures and fittings but are great quality. I am thinking on their renovation package as is a hassle facing those outsider renovation contractor. Might as well engaged SDB renovation contractor, at least quality will be above par.

The photos and actual site so much different. At the site you really will have 'wou' feeling when see this giant windows. It's really huge and does make an impact to the whole development

Hello Hello, if you look closely at the middle picture, you can see kids swimming on the lake. 2 of them were even floating on a white barge!

Also saw some people fishing in the lake.

What a blissful life - I'm afraid they will be chased away when Lumière starts its construction.

Right after the new Maybank branch, all the way until the cross junction traffic light there.

This road the jam is getting terrible from time to time even on weekends sometimes. Imagine what happened when Prima houses are ready..

Flood at Lake Valley side..wondering if there's flood issue at WOTP side..especially Natur area nearby.
