Go on weekday like no body.

C180 Manyak banks here now lagi ada cimb. Digi service centre next to Maybank. Weekday Lunch time manyak pipu. A commi place got so many banks won't go so bad 1. U mean c180 centre court shop above ground floor. Ya that 1 need some times.

The commercial.at BTHO is not encounraging, the lake avenue there, many still vacant, almost zero Chinese restaurant, weekend not happening at all,night time like dead town.
Commerical Happening side will be across the grand saga highway, Mahkota Cheras and SG long there...

well, it depends on luck.
The shop behind dutamas also not fully covered.
My friend who stay in platinum victory in setapak, place where many high rise gathered,
told me that many new shops close down around festival mall.

Yeah.. Hope after lake vista service apartment and bungalow... No more development on remaining land around lake park. Keep it as more green as possible.

Hope they have very good green concept planing at the huge land opposite Wotp. Sibeh hope Sdb Or some good reputation developers can jv with them... To have another green concept development here. Now Sdb searching for new land around kv... Pray hard on this....
