the unit 600+K before discount bought by friend. consider 1 of the few special units among all 916sf units.
its the low 3rd floor unit. view quite nice (garden view) and very near the water fountain.
i shocked also when i heard the price during 2012. not even high floor.

nice. should be boleh c the block A nice huge window frame also.
yup...my unit bought during early 2013. higher than 3rd floor. also only 5xxk. lower price than my friend 1.

Haha yeah, the lift at Ameera looked so much better than Five Stones  Attached images are for your viewing pleasure. WOTP will definitely be classier since it's x3 more expensive 

In term of land utilisation efficiency, tennis court is the least efficient, huge plot of land only enjoy by two or maximum 4 players. Basketball court ,swimming pool will be enjoy by more people as such more efficient, just my two cents.

That btho commi place Okok lar. Not encourage also got 3 banks. Citi, hong LEONG and rhb easy. But I think btho commi it's more like malai commi area. I think due to under uda. Huge lake park n Peaceful area. Paparich biz not bad.  Around btho not much highrise. Need time to wait highrise vp. The lake park is good place to see exotic bird macam crane bird and eagle or hawk. Road access wise still far better than sgl and mc.

Because block C declared as "Medium Cost Apartment"....

This park not well maintained.
manyak mosquito and also those small small grouping type.

Not much trees, feel quite hot.

Walk path too long, one round take quite a long time to complete.

More prefer alam damai park type.

Wotp no tennis court, no Aqua gym.

Yeah, I think the USP of Windows on the Park is really not the building itself, but rather the idea of having a quiet, spacious, lanscaped and well maintained park right outside your house.

So far there seems to be only 2 decent parks in KL - 1 in KLCC and the other one at Desa Park City. Anyone can share any other they may know of? 

The v shape building looks quite sophisticated.
Especially the overlapping top tip v shape, Zigzag Diagonally placing on the park
and The expose inner facade. Looks sibeh cool.
