When we were there yesterday, the whole area was very dusty due to the ongoing construction. In fact, I'm surprised the trees planted near the gym area survived at all. 

As of now , they still target to handover in Nov. In May or June soon they will have show unit at block b.

Hope Wotp jmb only charge for those extra car park owner only. no charge for original cp. Macam standard unit block a/b unit if ada 3 cp. 2 is free n 1 will be charge. Same to block c if Ada 2cp. 1 free 1 charge. Coz block c only come with 1 cp.

Of coz Lar.... Better no charge will be best. Pray for the best. Fyi, Mk Seni until now still no charge for cp. All mk Seni unit come with 3cp and above.

All these sandy beach, water gym, crazy colors, are all pure gimmick. Same with the Verve Suites, it may appear to be "in trend" but give it a few years the novelty factor will probably wear out.

Always better to stick to timeless designs and features, and art sculptures that adds class to one's place.

The v shape building looks quite sophisticated.
Especially the overlapping top tip v shape, Zigzag Diagonally placing on the park
and The expose inner facade. Looks sibeh cool.

from what i heard... they macam do the water proof on roof, basement and toilet.
after they done the water proof thing.. they test ini macam.. stuff the drain pipe. pour full water n hold there to check ada leakage boh.
