600+ psf is expensive? I think is reasonable. It only feel expensive because comprise all big units.

All your expectations are so high, it is almost impossible for SDB to fulfill. Even YTL also people complain, so aim lower.

If you look at all the passionate postings here, you would have guess most are for own stay. However, good properties will always be in demand. It's just a matter of pricing only.
