Looking at Gudang's website it looks super nice yet super pricey.

How much do the renovation packages usually costs, let's say for a 2k sf unit?

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Oct 25 2014, 10:04 PM) Let's say based on five stones Reno package, it range from at least 5k onwards depends on scope. They have lots of option to choose from. As for Gudang , it is not really reno package, it's more like a SDB negotiated package specially for certain projects. For examples , a king size bed with 2 side table will cost around 11k. Dining table with 6 chairs will cost around 13k like that. Anyway, I dun like those pre customise package , end up I choose each item myself and will entitle for 20% discount. Those who wanted to get Gudang furniture better be fast, their price increase very fast. Eg., last year I get their tv console for 9.8k, now already selling for 13k. Others items have increase a lot too.. Sounds like Gudang is following the LV pricing model - if you don't buy this RM10,000 hand bag now, you'll have to buy it for RM12,000 next year! Judging from the crowd of frenzied shoppers (mostly female and Asian) at Boxing day each year, it works. Anyway, do you know if Gudang imports their furnitures or are they sourced locally? |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Nov 2 2014, 09:07 PM) Hello Hello, if you look closely at the middle picture, you can see kids swimming on the lake. 2 of them were even floating on a white barge! Also saw some people fishing in the lake. What a blissful life - I'm afraid they will be chased away when Lumière starts its construction. |

Thank you Hello gor for your nice pictures!
From which side did you manage to take pictures 2 and 3 where you can see the railings being installed? |

Anyone know why Aeon Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is so much more 'basic' compared to Aeon Cheras Selatan which has nice décor, Starbucks, the Body Shop, Popular etc?
Is it because Aeon bought over the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn branch from someone else? |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Feb 15 2015, 12:15 PM) Neighbor lumiere land masih use as football field. Sibeh Jialat lor. Ocr Please start work fast fast. Whoa, well spotted on the bridge between gym and function room! Yeah!! access baru from Wotp to hap seng star. Woh saw the link bridge between gym room and function room. I'm not sure when OCR is thinking of starting their pilling work. Probably they are still waiting for a better take up rate before they ground break. As I understand, the financing banks will only release a certain % of funds to the developer based on confirmed sales to date. I think everyone living in WOTP will be affected with the sound and probably cracks on the wall once the work starts. This post has been edited by SalvationArmy: Feb 15 2015, 01:09 PM |

QUOTE(crystal_kit85 @ Feb 15 2015, 11:47 AM) I can't help. It noticed the planted trees are drying up. Given the uncertainty of weather conditions. Hope that by the time of completion, everything would be perfect. When we were there yesterday, the whole area was very dusty due to the ongoing construction. In fact, I'm surprised the trees planted near the gym area survived at all. |

To get a good view of block b, you can consider taking the pictures from the factories opposite block b.
The road is accessible from SILK highway. |

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Apr 27 2015, 09:51 PM) Even st mary, park 7, troika, dedaun, binjal on the park,,,all that don't have tennis court what. Those are super luxury. To be honest, I prefer a rather more Malaysian sport - badminton! And WOTP does offer a badminton court.Of course, one can argue badminton originates from the UK but more of us play it than tennis. |
