There's no community at WOTP yet since it is still under construction. Nobody except the construction workers live there now.

The units in Blk A that are fronting the swimming pool, will they be hot in the late afternoon because it's facing south west?

I suggest you go visit SDB's road show at the Curve now, and get them to show you the number of unsold units.

I am not surprised if the unsold units are about less than 10% of the total units.

But do you think the maintenance fee charge to each unit (less than 30sen/ft2) is enough to maintain the huge multi level car parks?

And the parks in WOTP are considerable huge.
