It's looking really good, and it looks like they have started to plant the trees early so that when VP, it will look quite lush, good stuff.

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Feb 4 2015, 09:12 AM) Thank you for the update and picture! Yeap, that's right, variations are better than just having repeated patterns, and it will definitely look pleasing to the eyes. The corridor brick with different layout design is art is all about art. Ini baru macam sdb style. If all same same too boring liao. Air Brick arrangement macam ini more interesting. Also got mix + different direction facing also. Not all same hole size. Think make easy to receive more air in different direction. Good good It will be very windy in those corridors, but let's hope when it rains it doesn't flood the corridors! |

Wah, BMW of elevator lifts! Nice touch, if this project was in PJ, the price would've doubled
Free maintenance? Make sure the first year SDB has contributed with enough funds so when takeover by JMB, you don't have zero in the balance sheet! This post has been edited by urb7: Mar 19 2015, 05:17 AM |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Mar 19 2015, 09:07 AM) Urb7 kor, can tell us more about car park maintenance now at five stones perlu pay tak after jmb form for so long? And how they charge? Manyak thanks. Car park (and aircond ledge) is part of the parcel sqft counted towards the monthly maintenance since day 1. This is the same with Ameera, even after JMB took over. Ameera has been on 20 cents psf but I think this year will raise to 22 cents. How much is the estimated maintenance charges for WOTP? This post has been edited by urb7: Mar 19 2015, 10:32 AM |

Can't check my SPA now but I remember clearly that you do pay maintenance for the built-up as well as the car park. At least for SDB's properties.

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Mar 21 2015, 11:34 PM) Ya, Sdb always ada Sdb special package for every projects. I wouldn't recommend the usage of SDB host to do your renovation, unless of course you are overseas and nobody can help you do it, or you just don't wanna care and let them do everything. Under Sdb host. Also help u sell n rent after vp if u want. They will come out list of charges let u c. Satu dragon service. From my experience they are quite slow because there are many owners who opt for this, but generally you can get the same stuff outside cheaper by 20-30%. Economies of scale don't exist here lol. |

All these sandy beach, water gym, crazy colors, are all pure gimmick. Same with the Verve Suites, it may appear to be "in trend" but give it a few years the novelty factor will probably wear out.
Always better to stick to timeless designs and features, and art sculptures that adds class to one's place. |

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ May 8 2015, 08:37 AM) It seems WOTP will use Khalid Aluminium as the windows fabricators. Same fabricators used in their Park 7. Tempered glass seems from Ajiya Safety Glass.. I really like KASB's products, they also supplied the lanai louvered windows for Ameera and Five Stones as well. After about 5 years now, the lanai windows are still functioning pretty good. It's damn sturdy and the quality is http://www.kasb.my/projects.html So it's good to see that SDB will continue to use them in WOTP This post has been edited by urb7: May 8 2015, 11:55 AM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(maverickzack @ Jul 14 2015, 10:59 AM) Yes...Most of their projects landscaping are assigned to Colin Okashimo, like Five Stones, Park Seven, 20 Trees(All award winning props)..All Colin Okashimo sculptures are made from raw natural materials. Yeap, you'll need a big crane to move them into place.Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Sep 25 2015, 10:57 AM) Pearl Grass Can see a lot of similarities between Five Stones and WOTP, they are using a lot of the same species of plants. The grass is pearl grass, the same with Five stones. It grows flat and creeps nicely, whereas cow grass points upwards. The pearl grass does give it a very lush look. An upward trend grows in recent years. Leaves are in round shape. Suitable for residential area. http://www.cowgrass.com.my/eng_products.php As for the appliances, again the same given! The hob, hood, and oven by Electrolux are all entry level modles. I didn't like them and wanted to swapped them with my own choice of appliances. Btw, the club house with the brickwork looks really good. Would love to visit WOTP once it's completed This post has been edited by urb7: Sep 26 2015, 06:02 PM |

About 80 units remaining (sized from 1,792 Sqft, 2,095 sqft & 2,497 sqft), priced from RM1.0m – RM1.4m exclusive of 8% rebates. That's quite a lot of stock !
