That's ok, but for an immediate PWO shake, almonds aren't advised cos even though it's good fat in there, it slows down the absorption and digestion of protein.

But it was the past.. now no more doing this, too expensive to be like that, i rather keep on eating outside for every 2~3 hours even through the food is not high in protein but cheap. Hmm, this one is like American Tau Fu Fah. QUOTE -a can Tuna + 3 whole egg. Dry the tuna, mix with eggs, cook it. spray some pepper and enjoy. When you cook it? Do you apply oil or planta or something and cook? I have this thing that I can cook without using any oil whatsoever.

QUOTE(bidfordun @ Sep 10 2006, 10:49 PM) just wanna if cornflakes with milk is suitable as breakfast? Yea ok, healthy food. Much better than those fried mee hoon, fried rice, fried eggs. You might want to add 2 half boiled eggs, eat more. Some people say that, scientific proven, eating 2 eggs daily (including the yolk) is not a big issue, is normal.

half boiled egg cannot fully absorb the protein, do you know that? It is harder for you to digest also. Hard boiled egg is much better in term of protein absorption.

But hard boiled eggs will make you full easily, so if want to whack so much of the egg white, have to eat in half boiled type ler.

I think a little sambal is ok, I apply mayolite and ketchup. "whey" is whey protein powder, protein supplement.
