eh, can actually make a recipe out of this.
blender oats, milk, peanut butter, banana and ice cubes together (ADDING TUNA IS OPTIONAL). ultimate breakfast shake. any idea where to get peanut butter without sugar and trans fat? lady's choice and all the likes do more harm than good. |
