Hmm, shall we have a list of foods for people who want to diet and for bodybuilders. Like how you cook it, steam it and etc. When there are alot of foods in the list, please consider to pin this thread up. I will add all the foods in the list. I only know some, still got alot more to learn. - Rice (Small portion, half bowl for diet, 2 bowls for bodybuilders) - Chicken breast (Steam style, apply some salt and ginger, or just salt.) - Plain oat (For starter, add some raisins in it!) - Green & Red vegetables (Such as Brocoli, carrot, salad vege (Eat raw, tasty sial! ) - Tuna sandwiches (Just plain tuna without mayonis. Remember to buy those tuna in water, not those tuna in oil. Add some cucumbers, and a little of chilli sauce (1 small teaspoon) will do. - Fruits (The best recommended fruits are Oranges and Apples (Red & Green). - Milk (Get HL Milk ) - Whey
- Combo* Oats + whey + HL milk + peanut butter or banana (All natural, no added sugar as ingredient), adding tuna is optional. - Combo* Whey + HL milk + blended oats + raisin + apricot + almond + honey. - Combo* Grill marinated slice beef + whole meal bread + peanut butter (the crunchy type) + a little bit of chill sause + vege. This post has been edited by zeist: Sep 8 2006, 11:55 PM

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Sep 7 2006, 09:26 PM) zeist, nice list. But what's wrong with choc flavor for HL milk? I need it if my whey is vanilla. And the rice, small bowl, i don't agree, if you're eating post workout, sometimes i take 2 bowls of rice. It's a good source of high GI carbs. Anyway, overall a pretty good list. Ok, half bowl for diet and 2 bowls for bodybuilders. Added the whey in the list too.

Hmm, this one is like American Tau Fu Fah. QUOTE -a can Tuna + 3 whole egg. Dry the tuna, mix with eggs, cook it. spray some pepper and enjoy. When you cook it? Do you apply oil or planta or something and cook? I have this thing that I can cook without using any oil whatsoever.

QUOTE(bidfordun @ Sep 10 2006, 10:49 PM) just wanna if cornflakes with milk is suitable as breakfast? Yea ok, healthy food. Much better than those fried mee hoon, fried rice, fried eggs. You might want to add 2 half boiled eggs, eat more. Some people say that, scientific proven, eating 2 eggs daily (including the yolk) is not a big issue, is normal.

QUOTE(iDk @ Sep 10 2006, 11:51 PM) half boiled egg cannot fully absorb the protein, do you know that? It is harder for you to digest also. Hard boiled egg is much better in term of protein absorption. Hmm ok, tomorrow morning for breakfast, 2 hard boiled eggs. But hard boiled eggs will make you full easily, so if want to whack so much of the egg white, have to eat in half boiled type ler.

QUOTE(bidfordun @ Sep 11 2006, 12:18 AM) how about coco crunch? i bought this cereal. is it different from the normal cereal? Not sure dude, but I think those cereal with fruits and raisins is definitely better. I'm gonna start eating this for my daily breakfast. My first step of diet rules = No oily food If I can control myself not taking any oily food first, i tried before many times, failed.

QUOTE(bidfordun @ Sep 11 2006, 01:34 AM) one more question, guys, about the steamed chicken breast meat, can we eat it with sambal? is it fattening? Sambal is definitely fattening, damn oily somemore. Eat with some chilli sauce or tomato ketchup, but not too much.
