Does msi malaysia cover warranty if buy msi laptop from amazon?
You have to double check with amazon if the laptop does come with international warranty (usually 1 year standard international warranty). If it does, msi malaysia definitely will cover the international warranty. But if amazon stated that the model doesn't have international warranty (usually US set ), better don't buy it. The laptop will not be covered by the msi malaysia warranty OR IF msi malaysia (their staff at the service centre) is generous enough, they will still try to count your warranty period from the laptop's date of manufacture. If the the date of manufacture already passed one year period by the time you send the laptop to the msi centre, they will definitely charge you for service which is nearly rm300 including gst (even though if u just send your laptop to check what the problem is, which is sucks....

)
This is based on my previous experience of going to the msi centre for warranty stuff (since I own 2 msi laptop so far on record, and no more msi for me in the future..)
Better still, buy M'sia set though for definite warranty support and save yourself from the hassle and headache later if your laptop got problem.. If u buy from amazon, u have to pay extra (tax, kastam, etc..) still aint cheap in the end, plus the uncertain warranty status.
Be safe rather than sorry later bro. Gaming laptop aint cheap unless your are rich or something...
