My fren just paid a booking as pending list for higher floor due to current launched smaller unit all sold. Any others buyer here? Heard the soho selling not bad too.

There wil be a new development right next to the One South. Asthetik residence by Chin hin group. The developer of G residence @ kuchailama. Looks good and believe it wil block the view of the Zeta residence kl city view from their pool. Total 680+units. omg so high density this location!!! |

just want to ask, sales rep said only owner for respective unit can share the lift , example: level 7 (unit 2) & level 9 (unit 2), does this mean they can stop at other people level as well, as long as (unit 2)? I am confused. By the way, the zero entry still got...
