Assuming as you wish, rm700k before discount for 1300sf. Rm700k - 10% discount = rm630k/1300sf = rm484psf. Me will straight away buy instead of consider haha.

Somewhat agree, this will surely hurt the developer's track record.
And if they have lots of complains about workmanship from Parc/Gardenz owners..I don't see how grand they can make this "grand final" phase.

Went nearby gym and saw the Trigon finally completed.
Oh my it looks not high end at all. The color just dull..Luckily didn't buy that.. It must not as luxury as shown on photo.
Well perhaps interior/lobby might looks better. Wil get more photos from net.

My fren just paid a booking as pending list for higher floor due to current launched smaller unit all sold. Any others buyer here? Heard the soho selling not bad too.

Last visit their showroom last week sales is so and so..Maybe no show unit? SA said the show unit for zeta will be ready within this month. Btw the concept really impress thumbup.gif

What concept attracted you?
4units per floor with private lift?
Whats their current package? they always give alots of freebies and rebates.

Asthetik residence by Chin hin group. The developer of G residence @ kuchailama.

Looks good and believe it wil block the view of the Zeta residence kl city view from their pool.

Total 680+units.

Like the low density, 4 units per floor, actually without "private lift/lobby" is ok, as private lift is just share with ppl from different floor but not same floor. Quick and comfortable access is more important.

just want to ask, sales rep said only owner for respective unit can share the lift , example: level 7 (unit 2) & level 9 (unit 2), does this mean they can stop at other people level as well, as long as (unit 2)? I am confused. By the way, the zero entry still got...
