Yes, cube facilities on 6th & 7th floor. Zeta on 7th, 23rd & 25th. 7th floor facilities such as multipurpose hall, meeting room and prayer room etc is share. Main facilities such as swimming pool and Gym etc is separate. Different lift lobby and lift access.

Yup the price is include the private lift lobby which is stated in SPA as accessory parcel. Of course the accepting point on the private lift lobby is subject to the buyer interest base on their needs. For you, maybe it's look what a waste for such large area for private lift lobby. For someone they prefer privacy style of living will go for it since the built-up size 1055sf and 1184sf with 3r2b is sufficiently to comfort a single family.

Ps: maintenance fee charge for private lift lobby is 10cent psf while built-up is 35cents psf.

Flexis duplex 1194sf highest selling psf after rebate is about RM460psf, greenz 1210sf about RM520psf, Zeta 1184sf about starting from RM570psf. Reasonable?

Separate block. Building is attached together but different access. ZETA is 38 floors and CUBE is 22 floors. wink.gif

the Private is way too big actually around 173-250sf, and counted in seling price means 250 X 600psf = Extra 150,000 (Definitely dont feel like renovate this area as not always in Use)

Maintenance for private lift alone are:  (10cents x 250sf) + (35cents X 250sf) = RM112.5 monthly just for the private lift. Hmmm Well depends on individual preference, some prefer this feature.
But for the owner of this size 1055 - 1184 sf, don think they would willing to pay for the private lift.

No la boss. 250sf private lift lobby cost you at rm25 per month only (10 cents psf). Mean rm369.25 (1,055sf x 35 cents) + rm25 (250sf x 10 cents) = rm394.25

And the private lift lobby won't sell you at rm600psf. It should be about rm220 - 250psf. wink.gif

If base on carpark lot (Approx to 120sf) selling at rm25k per lot then is about rm208 psf but it's only can park your car. if the private lift lobby selling at rm250psf then should be cost around rm62,500 but you can use it multiple way.

That's happened about 2-3 months back. Cause by unusual heavy windy rain. Anyway purposely create an account to make this complaint and statement to defame developer's reputation may lead you to face the defamation legal suits otherwise prove how they use the "cheap materials". My2cents.

Yes Dover is consider cheaper brand in compare with others public well known brand but the mulfunction is cause by the lift technical issue or the resident abusing nobody knows. Management and developer playing taichi. I was one of the owner in OS. So far the biggest problem now is not the lift issue, if you're the owner then you'll know what am talking about.. Biggest problem. 600k..not now. Mine 1215sf with 3 side by side car park also dare not to ask for this price haha. Anyway hold it for long terms investment will not make you regret.
