Cannot. No one can stop at your floor. Unless someone stay higher floor than u also on the way going down By lift n Ngm Ngm u press lift button... The lift may stop at your floor with someone inside.

Higher floor better privacy. Lower floor lower privacy. If u stay lowest floor all pipu stay above u got Chansi see your lobby. But u cannot see their. Coz u cannot go up from your floor only Boleh go down.

Hi friends,

Just wondering, whether all the fuss :-

1) On the privacy lift and extra space between the lift and the main entrance is it worth it? - not forgetting the maintenance fees will increasing as years pass by.
2) Will the surrounding apt / residence (One South only) be occupied by middle east ppl?
3) Access road is good to eg:- Sunway, Puchong, Glenmarie area?
4) Is the price justifiable as it is LH...?
5) Comparing to Puchong's development, is it worth it?

Own stay...any comments? Is it worth it. First impression that it's not cheap... and the maintenance will definitely be a "killer".

If add in this 4k (repayment plus maintenance fee) in your monthly commitment and you still have left over 5k then you can go ahead. But it's too subjective to answer your question since I don't know much on your current situation such as your monthly income, type of commitment, marital status, if married then got kids or not, where ypu staying etc. If base on me, I got heavy commitment so won't go for it even I have 5 figures income every month.

Ok, I get you. If like that, the lobby area is not considered private already. if I purchase 1 unit at Level 10, as i get down, I can press level 7, the lift door can still open right, and the lobby area in Level 7 is exposed to other at higher floor. Which mean, cannot put things at lobby area, cos people can vandalized / steal as they are going down.

Is my above thinking correct? I find it funny...private lobby but everyone can "see" or access.

it's is private area and it's yours. u can put anything you like. no one can access your place except you and your family.
other pipu can't go to your lobby.

maybe u can go check out those private lobby like mk28, mk10, mk11, mk seni all most high end condo at mk come with private lobby feature. then u have a clear picture.

once you stay in private lobby feature condo u never want to go back to share corridor condo macam most condo now.

Hi, you will have an access card (or whatever security mechanism they use), and you can only go to the ground floor and your own floor. You will not be able to go to other ppl's lobby, whether its you going up or down.

The only time it is expose is lets say ppl that stay at higher floor then you goes up in the same lift together with you, and the lift arrives your floor before theirs.

I have to make a weightage between this and other commitments. But the private lift concept is very tempting.

Anyone knows the sales status for zeta and cube? Seems to be sloe moving. Saw them opened a booth in publika last week.
