Must be really ong place if can launch so many condo.. so far I see huayang launch their metia quite affordable one, duno why this Zeta so expensive..

Show unit ready end of Nov.

Note: no more land and no more future launch in one south.

Yes, cube facilities on 6th & 7th floor. Zeta on 7th, 23rd & 25th. 7th floor facilities such as multipurpose hall, meeting room and prayer room etc is share. Main facilities such as swimming pool and Gym etc is separate. Different lift lobby and lift access.

Is the price including the Private lift space?
Kinda a waste for such a large area for private lift, yet the unit itself kinda small lesser than 1200sf.
But stil okay for a small family/couple.

Yea did the calculation long time back at One South thread. Kinda high density. New buyer should study in detailed the whole plan and current situation of the one south street mall only 1 shop has been opened long time (station one). Don't mislead by the AI photo of Zeta, there r malls n Flexis right next to it.
The psf years back for Flexis Soho was about 500psf++ befoee rebates if not mistaken (duplex).

Yup the price is include the private lift lobby which is stated in SPA as accessory parcel. Of course the accepting point on the private lift lobby is subject to the buyer interest base on their needs. For you, maybe it's look what a waste for such large area for private lift lobby. For someone they prefer privacy style of living will go for it since the built-up size 1055sf and 1184sf with 3r2b is sufficiently to comfort a single family.

Ps: maintenance fee charge for private lift lobby is 10cent psf while built-up is 35cents psf.

Flexis duplex 1194sf highest selling psf after rebate is about RM460psf, greenz 1210sf about RM520psf, Zeta 1184sf about starting from RM570psf. Reasonable?

no doubt whole master plan AI impress, retail & buidling management is the key to this development

developer change plan from the office building to this low dens service apartment. Just like the setia walk change the office building to service apartment trigon, if insist die die to build the office building then possible to create another half dead office building. Smart move.
