If 1050+249 is 1299sf selling 750k - 9% = 682.5k/1299= 525psf. Consider expensive? If 20% is 461psf impossible la..

I think it's more than 50% according the completed phase sales transaction. Entry at 300+-psf sell at 490+-psf.

developer change plan from the office building to this low dens service apartment. Just like the setia walk change the office building to service apartment trigon, if insist die die to build the office building then possible to create another half dead office building. Smart move.

Yayaya.. I also prompt out many idea on this private lift lobby, very useful actually. You can even use for wine bar counter, tasting tea place, private wellness zone (massage chair or treadmill), family area, shoes collection place, storage, hanging your by bicycle etc etc. 250sf too small for me lo.. Haha

Assuming as you wish, rm700k before discount for 1300sf. Rm700k - 10% discount = rm630k/1300sf = rm484psf. Me will straight away buy instead of consider haha.

My fren just paid a booking as pending list for higher floor due to current launched smaller unit all sold. Any others buyer here? Heard the soho selling not bad too.
