Hi, Just came acoss this project during property fair. This project is by Hua Yang @ one south. Right next to Cube. This is the final project by hua yang @ one south. Only 100 units. They have confident with this project as Greenz were sold out within a week during the launch. They launched it for their asscociates on 27/9/2014. Not yet go to public. No ads or so at the moment. Starting price is from 750k before discount (9%). This project is sth like Greenz @ One South. 1050&1184sf + 249sf(porch) and private lift like cube as well. Expected to be completed same time as cube. pm me for further details.

If 1050+249 is 1299sf selling 750k - 9% = 682.5k/1299= 525psf. Consider expensive? If 20% is 461psf impossible la..

the porch is not balcony.. once u are out of the lift, there is space before u enter ur house.. in this space is for you only.. not sharing with the next house.

oh private lobby la.. I don't know how to price that in.. so it's actually 700 psf after all.. I not rich enough for this...
