Hi,

I am looking at the auction for a unit in Zeta.
It is 1184sq type B for RM450k.

I am interested in Garden actually since it offers an amazing view of KL, golf course and the lake. Size is 1220sf and it is below RM450k.

But wouldn't mind topping up a bit for a much newer property. I don't mind losing the 16sq feet in size either.

What I don't want to lose is the beautiful view.

Are you a bumi? If yes, then good.
If no, then probably better to ask the developer: Huayang about the unit status.

Zeta come with a private lobby. That's why the price is difference compare to all other development before (Park, Garden, Flora/Greenz).
