If a match stick at 0-0 at midway or at 80 min, you still have chance to win it and nick it win 1-0, get 3 points or progress in cup competition.

But it cannot be said the same when you conceded 2 goals just after 10 min, (just like against WH), with trailing 2-0, it is mountain to climb.


Look at Chelsea, when they score first, you know they are highly will win the match, but when Liv scored, you worry when the team will concede goal again and losing.

So far, since the season started, BR also play with lone striker...

Result is the most important aspect in today football, be it defensive or offensive.
Any system that can lead the team collect 3 points week in week out, then this is the best system.
I bet no fan will complain a match is ultra boring if their team is collecting 3 points every week.

I guess most fans would prefer winning but I would rather see my team win beautifully or at least be proactive instead of reactive. I understand Mourinho wins games but I've never enjoyed watching his team play, neither did I enjoy Woy's Liverpool or to a certain extent even Rafa's Liverpool apart from 09-10.

If all I want is for my team to win then I have no reason to watch them live on TV. I just have to open Livescore to check if we win at full time. When times are desperate though winning trumps everything. I'm sure Arsenal fans would give everything to have them win again instead of playing beautifully without winning.

I feel for Wenger. He got trolled by Mourinho for years. Even Buddha has his limits.

Its time for G to go front. Most interested part for that match was G going front.

I like the idea of G going forward, that will make our midfield and forwards more lively connected(sigh... still need G to link everyone up). But with condition, can't let Lucas play DM anymore, else i will be pressing INJ number every single time Lucas touches the ball.

ur kapitano shud not be heavily involved in 1st team liaw. shud be backup role edi. 34yo edi leh...still wan him running up N down meh. lucas is never the same fler before that horrific injury (i maybe wrong on this one). current crop of players, i oni see hendo capable of filling ur kapitan shoes' role in shielding the back four aka defensive midfielder role. no komen on the other midfield players.

No, it' entirely up to the manager to mold him into a useful player. That's why we have the manager and first team coaches.
