If you don't know the person, you paid fresh graduate price, that's why fresh graduate generally won't able to fetch high wages, as employer don't know the ability of the hired person.

But if you paid 20K per month wages, you expect the person readily to slot in, and perform once the work started, not to come to learn and slowly find out what is your company doing, how your company doing business.

This season is make or break for BR and also will tell us that whether it is Suarez who make BR looks good or BR indeed is good.

why wud u say that? hmm.gif

Ah Chan and Allen will deputy when needed.

who is ah chan?? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
ur kapitano shud not be heavily involved in 1st team liaw. shud be backup role edi. 34yo edi leh...still wan him running up N down meh. lucas is never the same fler before that horrific injury (i maybe wrong on this one). current crop of players, i oni see hendo capable of filling ur kapitan shoes' role in shielding the back four aka defensive midfielder role. no komen on the other midfield players.

Mata also not doing well in ur team lar. Ah moo knows what kind of players mata is that's why he sold him.
*
he is someone that we need basically. so i dun mind him joining us. cech is someone u need badly and he aint getting games in his current club. why not launch a bid for him if your club really need to strengthen that position? at least a much greater upgrade than Mig rite?? hmm.gif never try never know what. cech is 32yo, Mig is 26yo. good understudy mah.

Its understandable knowing rivalry between the two club. Fact is no player exchange between the two club for quite sometimes.
*
QUOTE(cherroy @ Oct 8 2014, 01:55 PM)
Actually, you don't sell our best or good players to rival, this is the basic of "competition". As selling your best/good player to rival club, just like handicap yourself to rival.

Look at the transfer of RVP.
After Arsenal sold RVP (their best players around that time) to MU, and eventually RVP scored plenty of goals that lead to MU crowned the league title.

So if you are rival direct with the opponent club, you don't sell your best/good players to them.

You only sell those players to your direct rival that you think is not good enough.
or
The club is not direct rival to the league position.
*
......and no one raised an eyebrow when arsenal sold/released afew to citeh. sweat.gif sweat.gif

He score a scorcher last night and assist too during the first half.
During pre season, injured didnt go to world cup, price value at a low.
But we are reluctant to use suarez money?

Now if want to get him in January price sure sky high already. And people know that we are now desperate.
*
i think ur club oledi used all suarez punya sales money liaw.

Put aside everything, and stand in a neutral ground. If I am young, between the age of 18-23, I'd choose the team that most likely to win trophy by looking at their past 5 years achievement, mainly I would love to join MCity>Chelsea>Liverpool,Arsenal, MU.

Oh and if I am not that young anymore, and be realistic, I will definitely go to the club that can offer me the highest wage and benefits.
*
it's hard to say in that situation. that age group will most likely be the stage when you, as a player, would wanna play week-in week-out. wat if u get to sign to any of the abovementioned clubs but u only get to sit on the bench instead? and then at the same time, middletable-ish club from other countries like fiorentina, schalke04, malaga, marseille for example approach you and they able to offer you first team footie action week-in week-out albeit lower wage and lower chance of winning anything?

then again, it really depends on individual.

just my 2 cents lar. icon_rolleyes.gif

Forgot to include that liao, in my scenario there, I am a very established world class with super talent player, so no problem for me to play week in week out.  laugh.gif
*
lolwtf laugh.gif then it'll depends wat type of club are u at currently. pool?

QUOTE(carloz28 @ Oct 24 2014, 05:05 PM)
Wenger wanted Welbeck on loan, but when Man U, as dumb as they are, offered Welbeck at bargain price, Wenger just bit that bleeding hand off.

BR still got a long way to go. Brit coaches are great at giving pre and post match interviews due their proficiency in English, and that kinda gives the gullible fans an impression that they are  a great manager. Absolutely bollocks if you ask me.
*
time will tell on THAT kid. time will tell. dun judge too soon, shall we? smile.gif
agreed on the brit coaches part tho.

Any club will do lar, just that if I am young, I would love to win as many trophy as I can.

As for Welbeck, so far he did quite well at Arsenal, he is a natural poacher, always at the right place at the right time. But I still doubt his footwork, but he still young lar, Arsene is well known for nurturing young lad.
*
fair enuf. like your previous post stated "MCity>Chelsea>Liverpool,Arsenal, MU".
i think you might think twice if RMadrid/Barc-/B.Munich come knocking on your door as well.

Yea, that was just comparing the English club only, and solely based on the last 2-5 years result.

Yea, no doubt if including other league, the list would be like Barcelona>B.Munich>R.Madrid>M.City>Chelsea. Yea I am hell of a realistic, and I am sure most of the modern footballers is like that.  laugh.gif

aaahhh... ok. got it.
back to the cave.

How's FM15 this year? FM14's game engine was a mess at least until the patch released after January. Didn't bother pre-ordering this year because they disappointed me so much last year.
