I guess it is ranging between RM100k AND RM199k for the second photo.. Hehe...

But i believe that the total for the 2 books might fetch 1 mil if the monthly saving pattern is consistent.. blush.gif

i am guessing the panic selling may be related to the new selangor MB perhaps?

certain individuals may need to buy expensive gift for curry favour? but that's off-topic anyway. smile.gif

I was asking myself why the huge selling. They will lose out on Sept dividend. Just hand on for about a week and one will get, assume RM0.5 million sellout, 500,000*0.066/12 = RM2750 Sept dividend.

But to the rich ones, this RM2750 is like sugar grain, too small to be seen. Ha.

Correct me if I am wrong here, in AS1M, non bumi can only buy non bumi sell off units, right?

Thanks.

did you come across about ASG too?

You can compare ASG with ASN 3 smile.gif

Am actually pretty confused with these two, all I understood when the Maybank rep was telling that there are 3 diff types of investment under ASG, whereas ASN 3 is basically the same as ASN 1&2 but price of units increases.

yup, only non-bumi can buy those non-bumi unitholders who sold their units. For AS1M, if chinese unitholder sold, only another chinese unitholder can buy it. Indian & others also same nod.gif

good news, but not surprising

since there is no GE around the corner and the MYR is weakening agains USD, dividend maintained at 6.6% is actually good news
