I think around 6.6sen juz like ASM & ASW2020  sweat.gif  If ASNB give 7sen tis year, It would be miracle  tongue.gif
*
Yape, i believe that if they are to declare higher dividend, it would be only just 6.7% which is 0.1% higher than ASW2020.. blush.gif

Well, in my humble opinion, I think people love steady and continuous income inflow..
there's why PNB fixed funds are very welcome by all smile.gif
*
Well, yape, this applies to me..

In my monthly allocation, i will put 70-80% of my savings into the fixed price while the remaining 20-30% in variable price..

With higher allocation in fixed price unit trust, at least i feel more comfortable.. The predictable income could at least cover my loss(if happen) to my variable unit trust..

For variable unit trust, it would be better to be in monthly basis compared to one lump sum.. Only my belief.. blush.gif

wise decision I would say. Only problem is the availability of units which we cannot predict  cry.gif

Thanks for the praise..

As for the problem on the availability of the units, there is no method to tackle it unless the agents are just nearby. At least we can try easily if the agents are just near by..

Ya lor, feel very long to know the answer..

I still hoped for 6.7-6.8% although i know the chances for the dividend to strike at 6.6% is high.. ^^

nvm the panic selling. you have huge cash reserve.

i am thinking your balance is about 1 mil plus as the first pic can see the 1*******  laugh.gif

I guess it is ranging between RM100k AND RM199k for the second photo.. Hehe...

But i believe that the total for the 2 books might fetch 1 mil if the monthly saving pattern is consistent.. blush.gif

My 2 cents ...

Cost averaging will only work if the future price is higher than the current price, not a sure win strategy.  icon_idea.gif

Personally, I prefer to stay away from this often mis-used concept. Some good reading material on the web on this CA.

Cheerio.

Yape..

Somehow, i have a bad feeling that this drastic dip.. I believe it is not as simple as market correction because the world economy is facing is very major slowdown..

Continuous drop would signal an upcoming meltdown..

urm, can explain more?

If the drop is caused by technical-related issue, i am okay with it but if its fundamentally-related like what is happening right now to the Bursa Malaysia, i surrender..

The current bearish market is highly caused by the global uncertainties over the economy outlook.

Even unit trusts are starting to see tremendous drop this month.. blush.gif

I was in Menara PNB yesterday to see a friend working with CCM and overheard some of the staff chatting about a topic that my fellow non-bumi customers here may be interested in.

It seems that come January next year, ASNB is planning to launch their own internet banking portal but unlike the existing M2U/Clicks platform, it'll be open to all funds (variable & fixed) not just ASB but also funds like AS1M, ASM, ASD, etc2...

If ASNB does provide that service than I believe everyone can rejoice, no need to queue up anymore. Can try luck from your own PC/laptop although I hope they are prepared for the mass inflow of people "fishing" for units tongue.gif heheheheheh
*
Gosh.. i am sure curious on how the portal would look like..

Anyway, i am also quite happy if it is implemented in such a way that I can check my balance online like KWSP..

Sometimes I forget about my new balance account..

If can try open account online, even better..

Lets wait and see what ASNB would offer in January.. blush.gif

new subscription soon?
*
I don't think so..

Because if its for new subscription, it might have be opened for subscription sometime in August - Now, but we seen nothing..

Might most probably because of the reinvestment of the dividends which increased the fund size.

Just my opinion... blush.gif

Found that it is not easy to bank in this month compared to the last month..

Anyway, better than none, out of bullets as well.. blush.gif

I heard that there are news saying that PNB would form a new system whereby non-bumi might not be able to try their luck over the counter next year..

Have you guys heard of anything as such?
