My innatech w7100n goes down since last night, only DSL light on, internet light and WiFi light goes off.
Can't connect to internet via IP, it keep say username name/ password wrong.
Any idea? Modem died?

I can browse internet without any problem but when I play Dragon Nest SEA, lag spike every 10-20sec ping up to 750ms. I rarely got disconnected. Why this happen only when I play game?

I am using archer class, cannot aim properly like I used to be.. This problem started 2-3 weeks ago.

Modem "ADSL-RIGER-DB120WL" will automatic reboot, while i playing Dota 2, and watching youtube on another pc.
Connected 4 devices, 2 pc 2 mobile.
Whats the problem of this modem?

Routing issue, TM don't promise good international routing.

Even the game server is just in Singapore?
Do you have any suggestion to overcome this problem?

Anyhow, when I report about something to TM, they always use 'underground cable problem' as script to escape.
When my speed connection accidentally went down to 2Mbps also they said underground cable problem.
After I report to SKMM barulah dapat balik my 4Mbps speed

Singapore connection is unstable recently. Sometime I get 50ms, normally should be around 30ms.

Hi gamesky, What model of tplink u recommend? And how about Asus N12u_c1? Which One stable and 24/7 work without restart modem?

i'm still currently using w8960n tho.. if budget not a problem, go for asus..heard a lot good feedback on them

Last week my connection was miscap to 2Mbps. Speedtest test shows 1.5 - 2.1 Mbps.

I had that problem before also. It all stopped after the TM technician said he wanted to launch an internal investigation as to why the miscap kept happening...he was also sick and tired of the problem; I saw the anger in his face. He also told me that because of port shortages, some people with internal connections were engaging in port theft so they could get new customers on a 4meg connect. The thieves probably were hoping that the old customers would not notice the decrease in speed.
