Hi,
anyone encounter this problem, upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps, TM said facility not support, agent said require NEW cabinet. But apply NEW phone line + Streamyx can support 8mbps.

Upgrade is not possible due to poor line quality. If apply NEW line, new wiring quality is good, so can support 8mbps. This is unfair due to they LAZY change my old wiring from my home to cabinet. |
