Hi guys

I wanna ask how to report to TM if I got high latency while gaming? Request to reset port?

I can browse internet without any problem but when I play Dragon Nest SEA, lag spike every 10-20sec ping up to 750ms. I rarely got disconnected. Why this happen only when I play game?

I am using archer class, cannot aim properly like I used to be.. This problem started 2-3 weeks ago.

Even the game server is just in Singapore?
Do you have any suggestion to overcome this problem?

Anyhow, when I report about something to TM, they always use 'underground cable problem' as script to escape.
When my speed connection accidentally went down to 2Mbps also they said underground cable problem.
After I report to SKMM barulah dapat balik my 4Mbps speed
