Try connect without using a splitter and check your telephone wire.

i changed the splitter already..connection is still very slow.

Contact TM for help.

wat cause the snr margin to be dat low ???

they said they already further the problem to the technicians..i hope they send people to my house asap

i was shocked too..the internet is so damn slow. tested both on ookla and tm speed test

my was snr margin was 1. something
and i try connecting without thing dat split telephone cable and the adsl one
was working awhile
but the margin is still low

i got pay bill though, even if it was suspended, you still can connect but with a funny ip address, and the connection has no internet access

now i cant even connect

so...
ddl, steam, origin, gog all download at solid 450kbps ~ 600kbps
youtube 720p no problem
but lately torrents hover around 30kbps, whereas before, it's around 350kbps ~ 1.2 mbps
so my guess is tmnut finally implements the throttle on 4mbps screamyx
is it just me or is anybody else experiencing this? any solutions?

not only u.. me also 10-30 kbps.. used to try tweak here and there, can achieve max 600 kbps. but it take loooooong time to achieve peak speed, and only for a while. so for now, i abandon hope and stop torrent because the time taken is too long and obviously the electricity tariff is not cheap. now i wait for news that said that i can torrent max speed with default setting.

try using xunlei vip ... i could get 500kbps downloading torrents

well not always 30kbps, sometimes it reaches 80~200kbps, but yeah thats for a while only, then it goes back to 30kbps
sigh... malaysia always on the list of one of the worst plan/price in the world, still want to restrict2... pay 140 per month now have to deal with this shiat

downloader software... xunlei vip converts torrents into direct download... which direct download will get full speed

youtube slow buffer all the time.. vimeo and dailymotion hd no problem,why?4 mbps

Hi, my streamyx with tablet package is rejected because at my place the internet ports is full.
So sad.
But I wta here, is there anyways to know when the ports is available so that I can apply it again fast2?

That package still on? was told it ended on 1 april.

My application on that package accepted b4 that....

Anybody selling good routers for streamyx to replace the tm one?

Anybody got problem connecting the net since yesterday? I'm using original riger modem, the dsl and Internet light is okay. But all of my devices can't connect to the net.

yup. also got problem since around 10pm..
having bad connection...
can't even do proper speedtest...
till this morning.. icon on taskbar show "limited connectivity"

restart around 7 am.. and seems like it was okay (I was outside since 7.. not sure the connection now..)

Internet bandwidth seems to be capped for connections to US since yesterday midnight for me, 4mbps connection can only get 1mbps max to US no matter where I connect to. Works fine for connections to EU/SG/JP. Router status page seems normal. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

is tm doing a maintenance? it seem that there is no internet since 11.30 am
