If you can't borrow a neighbor's phone to register a complaint, pop down to the nearest TM Point and use the phone there. I've done that several times in the past. sometime twitter, and lodge a report to skmm also helps, if u got the technician phone number even better.. last time my case also the same thing, miscapped to 1mbps ..called the technician and settled within a day

Yup, but my one still under warranty plus still under contract. Previously TM supply the D-Link modem, is DSL-2640B or DSL-2730B if I m not wrong. Furthermore, they previously supply Innacomm W3400 also quite good and fast. But wanna to buy, rather tell TM Technical buy for me and claim the modem from TM la~~ Otherwise, I pay so "expensive" package just for "donation" to TM?

Currently what I heard TM only supply stupid lousy brand and Innacomm brand. Don't know why TM supply this lousy brand? Because of cheap??

My concern is as long as can connect Internet through Wi-Fi 24 hours and at least achieve what I get the internet speed package, I'm satisfaction already.

Currently still under warranty for the modem, I did not try to do so as will void warranty.

However after flash this firmware, all the program system change and become inverse way. Feel a bit unacceptable.. LOL...

As long it is ADSL modem, any brand will do. Look at the spec, if it shows ADSL then ok lor

my streamyx miscpped to 2mps...last week one week wihout internet...and now only got 2mbps...pay a lot of money to the crap services...oh tm...

After 4 working days, my connection is now upgraded automatically to 4mbps

except d-link.. used "cheap" d-link adsl modem (dsl-2730E) coz was waiting my tplink warranty returns... it was terrible, can't support more than 2 concurrent users, and if someone start youtube or simple streaming..whole connection down

after got my tplink modem back.. straight away sold the modem off ...

Hi guys, does anyone know how can you stop paper billing? I have been receiving slip pembayaran every month and these bills can be viewed online so I figure it's better to cancel them and use e-billing... Searched high and low on TM website and couldn't find the option.

just change ur channel number from auto to any number between 1-11 at wifi configuration in ur modem setting...

I guess your old laptop don't support wireless N and the router is running on wireless N mode.

your modem wireless set to N? set it to B & G mode if available

which model of tp-link adsl modem u using last time? sound like ok with that model wo?
