Thanks for advice, I have asked TM agent and call 100 already, both said my location not supported for higher than 1 Mbps. As I already wait for 4 years still cannot upgrade, so I decided complaint to MCMC and CFM. but didn't get any great news. So, I posted my modem details to get confirmation from you guys. I am helpless and don't know why my line is good enough, still cannot upgrade.
