Previously, I have some problem for TM Fixed line. When I pick up the phone, the error voice louder "duuuu..." sound (seems like error sound) because I press any dial number cannot outgoing call.. ADSL internet connection pretty good.
Contact to TM 100.. The next day, TM technical teams checked the outside port (TM box).
After I went back home (around 7pm), when I turn on the modem, no ADSL light (of course no Internet light). When I pick up the Fixed line, more ridiculous

.. No dial tone at all. Borrow from my friend replace TM Fixed Line and modem no hope at all.. Direct connections from TM port (without spliter) no hope at all. It means that it is not my modem and fixed line problem.
Call again to TM 100 follow up closely regarding this problem. This useless TM call center just create the report and pass message information to the TM Technical teams (In simple word, they just do for documentation report only). Besides, they say that there will be ONE TIME charges because suspect of cable problems. Wat the hell have one TIME Charges???!!!
After the next day, TM Technical (Contractor) call me through mobile phone. They say they already check outside port, already connected. (But I'm not sure they really true or not already check for it la~) But I told them that my (Fixed line + Broadband) here still did not connected.
TM Technical comes to my house, just see see the modem and fixed line. Tell me that there is a problem of internal wiring (faulty), charge me RM150

(This wiring I can pasang UniFi already)
Nego with TM Technical, still exceed RM 100++, but I say that I'm still student max can pay RM70..
This TM Technical straight away "Oh, then never mind la. Once you achieve the amount, then you call lagi TM 100 to request us new wiring for your streamyx". (They can balik without solve the problem). But I still need to pay monthly for TM Streamyx.
However end up I no choice, I pay the RM150 internal wiring to TM technical because I don't have internet connections within 4 days already. If delay some-more without internet connections, I still cannot do my Uni assignment report.
Once everything new cable wiring, very fast TM Technical settle the problem. After that, I receive SMS from TM about the feedback form after TM Technical settle the problem. I terus comment and shit up the internal wiring can cost more than RM100+ (I can pasang the Unifi already, but no budget to pasang).
This TM teams quite efficiency, contact me for the problem why I give them "0" rating to them. I mentioned to them more than 3 times this internal wiring should NOT be exceed RM100++ (Take note my package is STreamyx, NOT UniFI). How comes charge me so high??!!
Since I already pay off this amount, my expectation is much more higher than before. "If my internet connections down within 20 minutes, I call your TM Technical and crawl to my house settle SHIT problem". Pls DO NOT Delay everything unless TM provide compensation for this monthly bill.
And until now, I still receive from TM message.
"RM0.00 TM is performing planned maintenance for your service (006231XXXX). The expected resolution is 11/11/2016 06:30PM. Tq for patience."
In simple word, TM is really PROFESSIONAL to create the report, but PROBLEM to settle the issues.
I just share the experience what I done last week. Really frustrated for their service. I always though TM is keep improving already, but end up they treat to me like SHIT.
