All the best LYG in delivering the proposed concept of BTP. If LYG can make it, I think it's going to be a good foundation for LYG to start Puteri Heights since LYG credibility is proven. Right now there are still a lot of people doubting LYG's credibility due to bad BTP reputation from the past.

The BLUE one is going to complete and will give direct impact to BTP.
The GREEN one, since yet to start any ground/base work, it is nice to have for BTP.

I believe this is the latest version of master plan up to 2020 (after changes of the Selangor state government).

Any info on komuter extension/new line plan? Before this, there is a plan for komuter extension/new line from Kuala Selangor to Kuang (across BTP). FYI, the reserve KTMB land near BTP already be the alternative road for BTP to Kundang Interchange.

Hi TS,

Im a buyer for phase 2, and just want to ask when can we get our key?
because I believe it promised to pass the keys to the owner after 2 years on the date of the
official launching of phase 2, which i believe it is launch on 8-9 September 2012. Is there any
problem with the authority? If yes, it is not a buyer problem, is there any compensation for us buyer?
Please don't give answer that 2 years completion is to just follow the S&P date, so it is not benefit for the earlier buyer.

Thanks Faishall for all the info. You are really good ah, must be working with a property company.

IMHO, Gamuda Land's project will be a big hit due to better location (nearer to KL/DAMANSARA) with a DEDICATED exit for the township itself. I am only worry about the pricing...

Imagine another Rimbayu or Setia Alam in the making but nearer to KL.

The reserve ktmb land which now is alternative road to kundang will be widen to 50m with BET (buss express transit) line. This is what i know.

OK la... current BET line from BTP to KL is using NSE Rawang Interchange because this BET line also cater for Country Homes.
May be this new BET line will use Latar Kundang Interchange.

Perhaps once Latar BTP Interchange is ready, the BET line will use this exit.

Hi jagjeet1999 - The Club House located on BTP2 will be delivered to residents by end - 2015.

It will be on a pay per use basis.

The security fees for garden heights upon implementation and formation of the Residents Association shouldn't cost the owners more than RM50 per month.

However, we have certain policies on units that have been renovated.
