Hi Yuin Chuan See - There is a TNB reserve in the buffer zone between Acacia Park and the LATAR Highway.

Rest assured its not a major pylon tower and the set backs are as per council and planning requirements and will have no effect on residents.

What does it mean by TNB reserve? Means 'tiang' TNB? A building? or a lot of buildings?

Hi Yuin Chuan See - TNB reserve means that it is an area designated for TNB deployment, in this case small TNB pylon towers (less than 5 nos)

Hi FirstHome - We appreciate the fact that a lot of buyers will want to have their loan approved before signing the SPA, so yes - we allow buyers up to a month from our launch date (if units booked prior to launch) or from booking date, whichever is later to have the SPA signed.

Are you sure about this? I not going to sabotage u but I just wanna express that I got a condo in rivercity last time that still in defect liability period. Since I buy from subsale your sales manager/ senior executive tell me under the law after transfer ownership they will not entertain about the defect. She told me the contract only between low yat and previous owner.yes she is the lady from Jalan ipoh low yat office and I have to do the defect myself.

So I would like a sure guarantee about this project n express my unpleasant experience with low yat.

May be u can highlight to your superior...I hope after sales service from low yat can be better since your company is one of malaysia oldest construction company

Hi LYG,

I heard that the leasehold period of the area left for about 60 years plus.

So what after that? does LYG will renew it or the buyer has to renew it themselves?

I am a first time buyer so I have no clue about all this.

I made my booking on 8th Nov, but as of now I didn't receive any calls/updates from your admin team. I have approached some panel banks to proceed, but due to lack of clarity I'm not sure on how to sync up with LYG and Bank. Do advise me on how to proceed from hereon.

Hi MARVIN333 - The leasehold you see at our APDL details of 60 years plus balance is for the Block Title.

We are in the process of subdividing the title into individual lots and the lease will be extended to a fresh 99-year as well.

When you take vacant possession of your purchase, it should have about 96-97 years of unexpired term.

Hi n3utronic - The intermediate unit of Acacia Park Phase 2 does not come with a 2nd living hall.

Between a 2nd living hall and larger bedrooms, the feedback we got from our previous purchasers were leaned towards the bigger bedrooms.

If you appreciate a 2nd living hall on the first floor, do consider our Garden Heights Phase 5.
