Google map shows that Lagong interchange point is there but yet to be constructed. Are you referring to this?

Hi Divana - The floor to roof beam level for the Master Bedroom is approximately 3.2 metres, that's about 10 feet 6 inches.

Hi Col - For the ongoing developments, typically we will do a lease extension when we submit the block titles for subdivision. When you get vacant possession of your house with the subdivided individual title, there should be about 96-97 years of the unexpired lease left.

The number of years unexpired will vary slightly from project to project but generally - Yes we will renew the lease upon subdivision.

wd like to know. when will unifi be available in BTP.. been staying her in block 3 for almost 4 years. i don see any sign for unifi...

Yes, I referring to this interchange (Lagong Interchange). This interchange located at Lagong Mas, Rawang (part of Selangor Vision City) owned by Sime Darby. However no master plan yet release by Sime Darby for this area. I also heard that Sime Darby will start kick off Lagong Mas (2018). Kota Elmina (2017), City of Elmina (2014)

LATAR interchange to BTP is already confirm and already start land clearing. I already do site visit last week during Garden Heights Phase 5 launching event. Expected completed in mid 2016. My personal view, this township have a huge potential in this coming years. This township also located in radius less than 30 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam and we still can afford to buy spacious double storey. If price not your consent, you may buy at others area that located within 15/20 km from KL/PJ/Shah Alam. As part of Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020, this township will become Urban Regional Centre for the North Klang Valley. The good township also must have excellent road connectivity and currently this township and other parts of Rawang lack of this facilities. Even BTP will have direct interchange by mid 2016, that not good enough for become establish township. Few road will be connected to this township from different direction as stated in Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020. Once this road connectivity completed by 2020, you may be regret why you not buy at Bandar Tasik Puteri. You also can come to BTP thru Rawang Selatan exit without entering to LATAR highway. The new interchange and exit currently under construction by TPPT Sdn Bhd. That exit will benefit GAMUDA Land property, Kundang Jaya, Kuang, Bandar Country Homes and BTP as well. This interchange will be completed next year (2015).

My advice, grab 1 unit or more before the price increase high. Phase 5 Garden Heights launch min RM 521k. It increase around RM100k for my phase 3 Garden Heights.

Been living in BTP since 2010 even my parent also own a house here and my sister waiting for her phase 1 garden heights house to complete hope that this township will flourish and hope that police add more personel since there are so many burglary at block 3 day and night, while I'm at it any measures taken from the developer regarding the escalating of burglary in BTP?

Hi wut2du - We have recently introduced Security Patrol by our security personnel around the township. We are also working towards setting up security guardpost around the township by year end.

The existing police station at Medan Puteri is also looking to relocate to a bigger premise of thier own near Block 22. This means a larger police presence and will further improve security in BTP.

Hi chelsea2013 - We are constantly looking at how we can improve our products further to meet the current market demand and requirements.

Our upcoming Acacia Park (18 x 80 double storey link houses) will have perimeter fence, street CCTV and a guard house to be contributed by the developer to the Resident Association.

Hi lizlee - Unfortunately our hands are tied on these matters and it all depends on the respective service providers.

However, let us check with TM to see how the developer can assist to expedite the availability of Unifi service in BTP.
