Only acacia park got FnG? Phase 1 to 5 don't have perimeter fence and single entry with guard house?

I have booked 1 unit at Acacia Park. May I know when is the launching date?
I have not been able to see the show unit of Acacia Park, is it completed yet?

Hi MARVIN333 - Acacia Park is due to be launched some time in October. We will keep all of you updated on the launch date. At this point in time, we are open for registration as we are awaiting the Advertising Permit / Developer's License (APDL).

The structure of the show unit for Acacia Park is ready and is located next to our New Bandar Tasik Puteri Sales Gallery, you can drop by any time from 10am - 6pm. Or make an appointment with your sales agent.

Hi Col - As Garden Heights wasn't conceptualized from day one to be a perimeter fenced development, our consultants are working on this at the moment after taking into consideration the feedback from buyers It is most likely to be possible and we will let everyone know once it's 100% confirmed.

Hi LYG, when i purchase garden heights phase 3, according to sales team, garden heights to have perimeter fencing, but i not sure about security post and CCTV. Picture below extract from bandar tasik puteri website for phase 5. Beside that, most agent at propwall, iproperty website also mention have fencing, guarded services.

I saw the roofing material is using some sort of metal cladding material, not sure whether the heat from sunlight will enter the house and cause warm in house. What is the concept behind it?
About concrete slab at the car porch, during raining, the water may enter undernealth slab at the outer edge if without gutter.

emm.. i'm new in the neighborhood soon, feel weird to pronounce BLOCK in Tasik Puteri. Block always refer to apartments or Condo. Can we just make it BTP for now on? example BTP 4 Garden Heights...

Hi faishall - Thank you for your purchase in Garden Heights. There will definitely be no CCTV for Garden Heights. Perimeter fencing is pending finalization by our consultants, but i will say the Sales Team is 99% correct. We just need to sort out how to assist all the owners of the different phases in setting up the Residents Association as the handover time will be different for all 5 phases unlike our upcoming Acacia Park Phase 1.

The monthly fees for the security guard, maintenance of the CCTV and guardhouse shouldn't cost owners more than RM50 / unit.

Hi aril110 - CCC is the Certificate of Compliance and Completion. It replaces the previous CFO (Certificate of Fitness for Occupation) or more commonly known as CF since 2007.

Hi karninu - Yes our roofing material is metal cladding. These are insulated so no issue on heat and sound.
