Hi wut2du - Progress pictures of the BTP interchange are constantly being uploaded to our new BTP website.

Should you want more pictures, you can PM us you email address and we can send it across to you.

At this point of time, we can promise you that the BTP Interchange will be completed mid-2016.

Infrastructure works are constantly being upgraded. The main roads are being repaved, and landscaping are being improved part by part. We have also gotten in 3 petrol station operators in our effort to improve the amenities for the township. Petronas is ready and due to be opened soon. There will be another two petrol station along the main Jalan Tasik Puteri.

We won't be able to promise our residents when the shopping mall will be in. We are speaking to a few interested parties and will make an announcement once things are firmed up. We apologize if there were any empty-promises made to you on the completion of the mall prior.

The Resident Club House at Block 2 (near your house) will be delivered by end 2015.

About the interchange, heard there is a court stop order issued by KL - Kepong Berhad recently. some issue with the land. BTP residents now is gathering to make protest... just like few years ago. The cycle continues.... The interchange wont make it. Without the interchange, forget about the mall,petrol station, univ etc.

This is interesting. Sometimes developer give empty promises, however since Low Yat Group set up this platform so die die must defense. i think state gov. is able to acquire the private land for infrastructure purpose, this is depend who got bigger cable(s) to the top (i think)

Since the official JKR board is up, it shown Low Yat group is doing something.

Bro Kekura, mind to share the news of the court stop work order? Can't find on internet

Hi kekura - As far as the Group is concerned, work on the Interchange is progressing and due to be completed in 2016. As with any Land Acquisition, there are bound to be challenges and feedback from landowners of land being acquired. This is being handled by the Highway Authorities.

As mentioned, we are speaking to various parties on malls and universities. Will make an announcement once things are firmed up.

I think those are at the junction to the central park.

btw, at orchid farm will there be another petrol station?

Hi 37Exposures - It will be on the right as you enter Bandar Tasik Puteri from the Grand Entrance Statement. You can see signages on the land that says - Land Sold. The whole land is currently being cleared at this moment.

Hi kekura - You are right. The next two petrol stations will be near the traffic lights at the Central Park. We do have a few more plots of petrol station land around the township. None planned or sold at the moment.

Hi, refer to Rancangan Tempatan MPS 2020, they will be 50 meter road near Bandar Tasik Puteri grand entrance connected direct to Kota Puteri and Lagong interchange at Guthrie Highway..and another 50 meter road from Anggun 3 toward Rawang Food Industrial Park and connected at Jalan Tasik Puteri near M Residence 2...is this masterplan is right and do you have any idea when it will become true.?Attached File  MPs2020.pdf ( 1.21mb ) Number of downloads: 236

As this point of time, BTP need to build more shop houses. 24 units new launch Medan Puteri 2 will not enough for this township at this moment. The current shop houses tenant not impressive. This township need major bank like Maybank/CiMB/Public Bank, coffee shop like starbuck/old town/paparich, LYG must build & launch more shop houses before the LATAR interchange completed at mid 2016. This township lack of this facilities. Beside that LYG must hold 20% or more shop houses to lease to banking services and etc. That mean LYG must choose the right tenant to enter this township.
Beside that, LYG must improve the entire infrastructure at this township like road near green valley park, the central park, unmanage playground area, empty land that unmanage, the landscape for the whole township. LYG have improve a lot the whole township compare when i visit this township 2 year ago.
I also believe that Bandar Tasik Puteri have huge potential because it very near to Selangor Vision City near the Guthrie Corridor and im happy that made the right choice 3 month ago when i purchase a unit at garden Heights.

Hi faishall - We note and thank you for your comments on the commercial activities in the township. The 24 units Medan Puteri 2 shops are just the first phase of the commercial development. If you notice, there is a big tract of land that fronts onto Jalan Tasik Puteri and we are already developing plans for shop-offices on this tract of land. We are also actively seeking tenants to move into Bandar Tasik Puteri as we feel that the township is matured enough at this point of time for further improvement on commercial activities. Will keep all of you updated on any progress in terms of new banks, F&B and other amenities.

We are happy to know that you are pleased with your purchase of our Garden Heights and rest assured we are progressing with plans in improving the infrastructure as well as the upkeep of the other common areas.
