Hi faishalll - It will benefit the residents and owners of the entire Garden Heights (including Phase 1) to set up a joint Residents Association rather than operate on an individual basis. The cost will be more effectively shared among the owners and this will ensure that the security is up to mark as well as the maintenance of the perimeter fence and guard house.

Our Property Management Team will coordinate with the Phase 1 and Phase 2 owners to arrive at an amicable solution to this.

The proposal on the guard post, perimeter fencing will be disclosed once finalized before the end of this year. Please bear with us.

Went there yesterday..and..i think less than 10units thats not yet got yellow sticker..but gallery was updated with a clearer how the acacia park will be,i mean those mini tiny hse or those mini tint landscape.
