In response to some of the negative comments here on the interchange, the BTP Interchange is scheduled to be completed by early-mid 2016. Agreement was signed in 2013. Site clearing is underway as we speak, and the notice has already been erected by the Highway Authorities.

Hi LYG, i notice that garden heights phase 1 residents already form the persatuan penduduk ( rukun tetangga bayu angsana). They also built some structure at the last row of phase 1. how the new resident of garden heights will form the residents associate since it look like we will facing problem from phase 1 residents. Hope LYG will clarified this thing or have talk to all garden heights resident and buyer. Please send proposal about the guard post, perimeter fencing to all resident and buyer to make sure all understand what LYG plan for garden heights resident and buyer.

So who is going to the launching this weekend? I'm not going to be able to come since I'm out of town. Maybe someone can update here what's going on for me

And I heard that those who already registered their interest for Acacia Phase 1 will have to fill in the buying form, since now they already obtained their APDL and launch. After that will proceed with loan application. I'm also interested to see which bank are selected as their panel bank
