Jalan Tasik Puteri will be connected to the Petrol Station by mid next year (2015).

You can access Petronas via BTP6 presently.

Hi leekk8 - We have not officially launched Acacia Park as we are still awaiting the Advertising Permit / Developer License (APDL). We expect to obtain these within the next week or so and we will be launching Acacia Park officially end of this month. Check back in for an announcement on the date.

Meanwhile, we are open for Registration of Interest and we are 60% subscribed so far. Please contact our Sale Gallery at 603-6093 5188 for more information.

The show unit is undergoing Interior Design works and will be ready prior to our official launch this month end.

Hi leekk8 - Thank you for your feedback and opinion so far in this thread.

Garden Heights as a whole will be perimeter fenced when Phase 5 is handed over in 2 year's time. Meanwhile we will be delivering the guard house for Garden Heights and will be assigning security guards to the said guard house while we assist the Garden Heights owners in setting up the Resident Association.

Security Patrolling around Bandar Tasik Puteri is already ongoing and we will be beefing up our security team as we move along. Do look forward to strategic security outpost around Bandar Tasik Puteri as an added security feature within the next few months

Hi Col - Phase 5 of Garden Heights is F&G together with the rest of the phases in Garden Heights as a whole.

I have just booked an unit of Phase 5.
So, I can expect the fence is ready when Phase 5 is handed over, right?

The setting up of Resident Association will start after Phase 5 handover, or you will start it now?

Security is always the main concern for residents, and a main factor of property price.

Yes, space planning and design for the phase 5 is very good. With a 20x75 land, but built up can be 22xx sqft. The rooms are big enough. Nowadays, not many 20x75 unit can have 22xx sqft of built up.

How much is the 20x75 GH and 18x80 AP DSL and any downpayment rebates? Not easy to come up with 10% downpayment so it will be good if LYG can give good rebates! smile.gif

How come only 2 fan points? Should at least give 6 ie 4 points for 4 rooms, 1 for dining & 1 for the living.

The gate for GH does not appear to be wide enough for 2 cars- should provide a wider gate so that 2 cars go enter & exit the car porch easily.

For the wall tiles, as there are only a few feet left to the ceiling (currently door height), LYG should provide full height wall tiles for the kitchen & bathrooms. shakehead.gif

Hi LYG, can i know what is the height of the proposed perimeter fenced for the GArden Heights. Where will the proposed guard house located at garden heights and is that any layout plan for the said perimeter fenced for Garden Heights. When will lyg will submit the proposed laayout plan for the perimeter fenced to MPS for request approval. Do you have proposed guard post picture...?

MJ29, you can visit to their website. I think the price is stated there.
Acacia park is not officially launched, so price is not stated there. As I know, the price is from 4xxk.

Garden Height Phase 5 price is from 521k, but it varies for different unit.

Hi leekk8 - Yes you can expect the perimeter fencing to be ready when your Garden Heights Phase 5 is delivered.

The setting up of the Resident Association will most likely only be done upon handover of Phase 5, as it will be very taxing just depending on the Phase 1 and Phase 2 owners to chip in for the security guards at this moment.

We agree that security is a main concern for buyers nowadays, which is why we are constantly improving our security features in Bandar Tasik Puteri.
