When is Acacia 2-storey terrace launch?

They have already launched. You can go to their sales gallery, there is a show unit beside the sales gallery.
Acacia is 18x80 double storey, built up is around 16xx sqft.

When Garden Heights will be perimeter fenced? Is there any patrolling guard assigned for Garden Heights, as Phase 2 is going to be handover?

hello LYG, im new guy in this forum. i went to your sales gallery couples week ago,and dump my money for the acacia park booking fees,probably wanna grab one of the unit for my own stay, means i'll be one of the BTP folks in the near future.

i went to see around the area,as an architect, on the infrastructure point of view, i believe LYG could do more to enhance the outlook and the ambiance of the area. U got the best land dude,with trees, golf field, birds, then use this as your main attraction for people who live here,or your future buyers,means dont abundance that your selling points. u got to provide larger park area, jogging track, clubhouse facilities including swimming pool, kindergarten, lounge area , cafes and etc.

for the entrance, u got to provide grand entrance as main feature.

all i know,acacia park will be provided with perimeter fencing,cctv and post guard,i hope as a main gate to enter the house, the architect of LYG will provide nice design of post guard ( otherwise LYG can appoint me and my company as your architect to enhance the appearance of your projects ) trust me, the expertise and detailing of us will bring you nicer design to your place, thus will increase your selling point,furthermore i am one of the buyers,so the 'touch' will be different from other projects that i ever involved in.find us here www.nry.com.my

Hi leekk8 - We have not officially launched Acacia Park as we are still awaiting the Advertising Permit / Developer License (APDL). We expect to obtain these within the next week or so and we will be launching Acacia Park officially end of this month. Check back in for an announcement on the date.

Meanwhile, we are open for Registration of Interest and we are 60% subscribed so far. Please contact our Sale Gallery at 603-6093 5188 for more information.

The show unit is undergoing Interior Design works and will be ready prior to our official launch this month end.

Meanwhile we will be delivering the guard house for Garden Heights and will be assigning security guards to the said guard house while we assist the Garden Heights owners in setting up the Resident Association.

Security Patrolling around Bandar Tasik Puteri is already ongoing and we will be beefing up our security team as we move along. Do look forward to strategic security outpost around Bandar Tasik Puteri as an added security feature within the next few months

Hi mybenz - Propcafe actually attended our Garden Heights Phase 5 launch last weekend and we certainly look forward to reading their latest views on our township and latest launch.

When they going to review your projects? Forumers like us can't wait for their professional review on your Township N latest launches. Hope we can read their third party view before any decision making.
