I've live in btp almost 13 years since the housing area still in developing. That time i was still in primary school and now im graduated in urban and regional school.

Glad to seen the new view of btp and growing stronger. But i have some comment on the landscape. I hope the developer will prefer to use more albazia saman because the i spend most of the time doing outdoor activity by cycling and jogging but the heat keep stoping me, the heat hit direct to me. And i notice the developer just build a new road with a 1 foot gutter. Well its getting more danger for the pedestrian to use the road since there is no pedestrian walkway. I hope you can make improvement for that.

Pcp need a new playground and other recreation activity. The current playground and all the other playground in btp already seasoned and dangerous. The plastic in the playground already crushed and never get maintain as from my view. They are more people going to pcp now and it need bigger space for activity. In fact the adult also activity need to keep in mind.

Lastly, public transport getting worse today. There's poor access to bus or other public transport. There is one time i need to use the bus but i've to wait almost 3 hours on the 35 degree on the sunny day. Almost got heat stroke there.

Afterall, due to btp is getting better and more people live here i hope this little things got a improvement. I will be here support the change. smile.gif

Hopefully the new commercial lots can make BTP more lively...at least bring in some banks, clinics, mini marts and restaurants.

Any idea when this Medan Puteri will be completed?

All facilities you mention already there. But need more improvement. You may tour the while Tasik Puteri.

Hi leek8 - There is an existing commercial centre in Bandar Tasik Puteri called Medan Puteri. There is already a Bank Rakyat, KK Supermarket, Clinics, Restaurants and other sundry business there.

There is no commercial development in Garden Heights, but there will be commercial shops to be developed in BTP5, where our upcoming Acacia Park will be sited.

Hi rainman19 - We launched the latest phase of Medan Puteri 2 early this year, and these will be 24 units of 3-storey shop offices. The site is next to the existing Medan Puteri.

Some time next year, we will be launching 3-5 storey shop offices on the big tract of land opposite Medan Puteri along the main Jalan Tasik Puteri, this will coincide with the completion of the LATAR interchange.

Hi HighwayCruiser - We launched 3-storey shop offices at Medan Puteri 2 and the prices starts from RM1.45million

Hi leekk8 - Medan Puteri 2 will be completed at almost the same time as the BTP Interchange of the LATAR, mid 2016.

Hi faishalll - A few plots were sold to individual owners who wants to construct showrooms and such.

We will only make an official announcement once it is confirmed.

For now, the two petrol stations are confirmed.

Your comments are well noted and we are already aware of the shortcomings. Rest assured our Project and Property Management Team are working around the clock to ensure that the facilities are being maintained and upgraded. However, we hope you understand that some of these have been handed over to the local council, so we are always following up with them on the maintenance and upkeep. It is also a very large town ship, so the duration needed to implement upgrades and repairs may take a while more. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We trust that you have noticed first hand on the improvements that Bandar Tasik Puteri have undergone over the past few years and we hope you bear with us while we strive to improve further.

We are also talking to the respective public transportation companies on improving the schedules to Bandar Tasik Puteri.
