just want to ask, where to get "The Ghost and The Darkness" in HD/Bluray...?

seems hard to find even for DVD.... just googled it, still no Bluray edition... am i right?

I think it's only been released on DVD. Can't seem to find a Blu-ray release or even release date.

think it was remastered to 720p, aired on paid tv... hulu, netlfix, amazon...

not on bluray.

In the beginning I am having difficulty to understand what it is all about. Codes & calculation etc etc etc. It took me quite a while before I finally digested. Based on the life of Alan Turing (the father of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence). I thought Benedict Cumberbatch played superbly in his role. However some random internet guys might argue with certain facts about the truth in this movie. He was a genious dedicated mathematician and together with his colleagues they tried to crack intercepted coded messages that enabled the Allies to defeat the Nazis. As genious as he was, he has a dark secret.

A man involved in a horrific car crash is pronounced dead, only to come back to life an hour and a half later, claiming to have seen Heaven.

IMDB - 4.6/10

First of all I think that the IMDB rating was unfair. I personally thought this movie deserves more recognition. Based on a true story and experience of Pastor Don Piper. One rainy day, Don met a fatal accident and was pronounced dead by the EMTs but miraculously alive. No matter how strong you are in life believing something, your faith will be tested. The 90 minutes experience after the accident defines everything you need to know about faith. The story was good in the beginning so does the ending. This movie is so inspiring and always keep the faith. Everything in life has a reason. A great movie on a Sunday afternoon.

Just finished watch Ip Man 3. I'm really satisfied with the story compared to the ip man 2. The story more focused on master Ip and his wife and sometime it really touch my heart.

Fighting scene with a thai guy was really good. Final fighting scene especially with knife really crazy.

if u like the songs in that concert, i have no doubt u will like this classic.

Looking for a thrill? A bunch of strange friends reunion party? Who can we trust? What's the real celebration about? Overall the atmosphere was creepy enough and so does the awkward dinner dialogue. It's quite entertaining but I'm not sure I can agree with IMDB's rating. Overrated eh? However, still a good suspense movie after midnight.

After kidnapping and brutally assaulting two young women, a gang unknowingly finds refuge at a vacation home belonging to the parents of one of the victims: a mother and father who devise an increasingly gruesome series of revenge tactics.

100% recommendation for thrill or horror seeker fans! This movie is perfect for me. A good old fashion thriller/horror remake made popular by the original 1972's Wes Craven version of The Last House On The Left. The fighting scenes were brutal and realistic not to mention a rape scene (stay your kids out from this movie). There's something genuine and different about this movie. It's mice against cats game! A well deserved two thumbs up movie!

Another brilliant movie! I disagreed with IMDB's average rating. I personally thinks that this film deserved more positive rating. The atmosphere was very creepy, intense and the plots were smart if not brilliant. This movie reminds me of another similar movie named "Devil" where sinners will be punished! This mysterious guy played by Irish actor Liam Cunningham (look alike Jean Reno from Leon The Professional) and the rest of the cast were fantastic. On a slight disappointing note, the producers should do more suspense plot on the prisoners. Nevertheless I was left with many questions lingering in my head. Angel? Devil? God? Grim Reaper? Hell? A Must See movie for loyal mystery/thriller/horror fans!

I wouldn't say this is the worst but could be one of the most boring horror flick I've seen. Repeated scenes, unrealistic horror tension and definitely boring to death. The special effects helped the movie a lot but overall the plot was boring as the pace was very very slow. It's just like watching A Nightmare On Elm Street B grade version. Do yourself a favour if you decided to watch it, get a torchlight!
