Found that the D1 type is having 3 car parks, 1 + 2 in tandem, with also a storage locker. The tower A D1 will probably have 3 good view, golf + park + pavillion2 if with appropriate balcony. But I have found Waltz has mostly no good view, blocking by so many high rise surrounding. Access road not that ideal, those from old klang road will take long q to u turn back home during peak.

Although i am not a fan of skyluxe, but some comments i read are so not true and potentially wrong. Some indulge in obfuscation. Please share with true facts and opinions which its intent to undermine can keep to yourself.

Better study yourself at site and find out more from developer (not only the sa), then decide yourself as this is your investment or your own stay which you will face it everyday by yourself. Those info here are just some additional info for viewer further consideration.

Presumably, the future secondary carpark for the Park will be relocated. To where? Let me confirm when nearing the launch time.

Level 6 is normal these days, new benchmark is Saville Cheras at 11 level, and no direct access, need to turn 11 times !

last time i got saw one development with car park lift,
it can lift your car from g floor to 8th floor

Sales is already 50-60%. Please go to the sales gallery and see the truth. Btw this project is not 11 levels carpark (which was referred to Saville @ Cheras). Its carpark is from Level 1-8... so its only 8 levels, which quite common these days. The Park Sky also many levels of carparks. QUOTE Some limited edition unit price (no chance already):
